This dressing or sauce is wonderful over any kind of greens, my favorite use
of it. Thanks to Casa de Luz, in Austin, since I’d never have thought of it on my own, probably? I’ll try this recipe, it’s very similar (or, the same one? Close!)

may I sugges that to make this much healthier and even more delicious use raw tahini (cooler section at whole foods)
once you start using raw tahini you will never go back!

I’m going to make this tomorrow and can’t wait :) I have a couple of questions when you get a chance. 1.) Have you ever added oil to make this more of a salad dressing and 2.) How long would a batch last in the fridge?

I had another great experience with you and Sue in your amazing garden were I again received your gifts of such a beautiful way to nourish my life.
As Sue drove me back to my home I heard about your Tahini Garlic drsssing–I was so upset that I didn’t get any–Now that I see your video I want it even more

I think you’ll really like it Jan. Some people can’t tell a big difference between raw and roasted tahini, but I can.

So simple! Can hardly wait to try it. I love tahini too. I’ve been using the raw so I think I will go get some toasted from our brand new Whole Foods Market, down the street (in Santa Barbara).

Funny thing about tahini, it makes everything taste yummy! Make cookies with it, or put it on broccoli, it’s just good stuff.

Thanks for the comments. I love making a blender full this stuff. It’s a great value, much cheaper and fresher than buying store bought dressing!
